Sometimes people have a passion for business, or sports, or food. Although we have interests in all of those things, education is truly the thing that changes the world, and changes lives. No human is more astounding to watch learn than children. The smiles and hugs, stories full of creativity, laughs, jokes, and silliness reminds you to live more simply and enjoy everything that happens. Children are the future, but they are so naturally the true present.
After twelve and a half years in Early Childhood Education, and six years as the Assistant Director at a beloved child development center, a lifelong career choice was well-established. After stepping away for another position in the Human Services field, the opportunity to own my own early education center presented itself in the whirlwind of a year that was 2020. Although many things went wrong that year, one thing went right, and Little Learners Early Education Center was born.
My name is Sarah Wass, and I am the Owner and Director of Little Leaders EEC, the business that was founded on love, trust, years of experience, and deep-seeded passion for kids and their education. My co-owner is Shannon, someone with years of education experience, and a Bachelor’s in Education. Together we hope to create a challenging, supreme quality center that enriches, supports, cares for, and watches infants to kiddos entering kindergarten.
